- Henry FordSince co-founding Amicon in 1996, Adam has successfully led Amicon Management to become one of the largest owner representation and real estate consultancies in the region. As CEO, Adam utilizes nearly 30 years of experience in the industry to drive corporate strategy and innovation.
Under Adam’s leadership, Amicon has earned the confidence of a growing portfolio of prestigious local and international clients. The company has been recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. for multiple consecutive years.
Adam attended the University of Florida and is a LEED-accredited, licensed State of Florida General Contractor. In 2010, Adam and his wife, Helen, co-founded SeeFit, a fitness-based series of fundraising events that benefit the Vision for Tomorrow Foundation, an organization that underwrites ocular research and aids visually-impaired children and their families. A fitness enthusiast with a long history of competing in Ironman Triathlons and other endurance events, Adam also enjoys lower-impact outdoor sports such as fishing, boating and horseback riding.
Adam is member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO Miami) and a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program. He is also a member various programs mentoring young entrepreneurs. Adam and Helen live in Miami Beach with their sons Jackson, Trent and Colton.
With almost four decades of professional experience in the South Florida construction and real estate industry –including the construction and development of some of the region’s most prestigious residential and commercial properties – Ross brings a wealth of innovative solutions and informed leadership to every project.
A state-licensed General Contractor, Ross co-founded Brookman-Fels in 1980. Brookman-Fels quickly became one of South Florida’s leading luxury custom home builders before it was acquired by a public company in 1996. That same year, Ross founded Amicon with Adam Mopsick. Today, Ross manages all aspects of Amicon’s Communities and Developments division, including local property management and North Carolina properties.
Ross is considered Amicon’s “Yoda,”and he is often approached by the entire staff regarding projects that contain complicated technical and financial details. When not working, Ross enjoys traveling and exploring the art, music and architecture of various cultures. He and his wife, Ilene, live in Boca Raton.
With more than 20 years of management experience, Heidi leads the strategic direction of significant projects in the organization’s developer services division.
Prior to joining Amicon, Heidi worked on landmark projects throughout Florida that include the Miami Beach Convention Center and Frost Miami Science Museum. She utilizes more than 10 years specialized experience in program management on large municipal, K-12 school projects and transit construction administration to contribute to the team’s training curriculum and strategic growth. Her experience includes private condominium renovation; luxury home new construction; municipal complex, federal building inspection and new construction.
Heidi is a licensed Florida General Contractor, a certified Project Management Professional, and is LEED certified. In addition to her knowledge in green construction and innovative materials, Heidi is efficient in researching all aspects of construction material and design data, code compliance and well versed on the implementation and management of cost control and project management measures.
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Rick Ricalton brings a specialized depth of knowledge to his role in any project.
Rick has overseen over $1 billion in real state projects throughout his career. As Amicon’s Construction Manager, Rick is responsible for overseeing project operations for the company’s portfolio of commercial projects.
From his experience with established hospitality brands, Rick utilizes his network of industry-specific experts to execute projects successfully according to his clients’ goals.
Rick’s current responsibilities include the management and oversight for all phases of the construction process.
Jonathan Weislow has been a valued member of Amicon Management for nearly a decade.
As Vice President of Business Development, Jonathan is responsible for client relationship management and directing project strategy from conception to completion. In this role, Jonathan oversees teams of project managers in each critical project step including budget development, project staffing, scheduling, subcontractor evaluation and risk management.
A former college athlete, Jonathan leverages team leadership skills to successfully promote team collaboration and effective communication to simplify the construction process.
With nearly 15 years of experience construction industry, Arlyn is utilizing her specialized experience in high-end construction to lead our Design Build portfolio, along with landmark nonprofit projects such as the Berkowitz Contemporary Foundation and Oolite Arts Center. Arlyn is a state-licensed general contractor and South Florida native.
With 30 years of construction experience, Juan joins our team after previously leading over $1B in commercial and condo development projects for Brightline, The Related Group and Florida East Coast Industries.
As Amicon Management’s Controller, Andrew is responsible for the strategic oversight of the organization’s corporate finance and project accounting departments.
Tania has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and design industry with expertise in negotiations, architecture and construction management. As a licensed architect, Tania capitalizes on her multi-faceted strengths to lead extensive collaboration with luxury residential clients, development and architectural design teams. She is a graduate of Cornell University School of Architecture and Planning.
Edith brings nearly three decades of construction to her role of Project Manager at Amicon. She is currently overseeing our nonprofit portfolio. A Miami native, Edith previously completed a tenure on the University of Miami’s infrastructure team overseeing campus-wide construction and renovation projects.
Charles has been with Amicon for seven years and dedicatedly grown from a superintendent into one of the organization’s most valued project managers.
As a licensed general contractor, Charles brings an invaluable understanding to the client’s goals during the construction phase of his projects. Prior to focusing on owner representation, Charles oversaw the construction of mixed-use developments throughout South Florida for the Amicon general contracting division.
Today, Charles serves as the Construction Manager for the organization’s municipal and nonprofit portfolio – focused on occupied facilities with complex phased construction plans.
Through his leadership on some of South Florida’s most impactful commercial and nonprofit projects, Mena has proven himself to be an asset in his role as Project Manager.
Mena utilizes the highest standard of project management principles to his approach on Amicon’s most complex projects. His certifications include Project Management Professional, Smartsheet Product Certification, OSHA (30 hour) and is a Certified Commercial Building Inspector.
Some of Mena’s portfolio project achievements include preconstruction, master planning, program management and construction at landmark Jungle Island, with the development of the first outdoor adventure park completed in South Florida. Active projects include project management services for Gulliver Prep and Academy, a co-educational, private day school.
With nearly ten years of construction experience, David Rodan utilizes his structural engineering background to bring an expert approach to his role of Project Manager on Amicon Management’s Condominium Association team.
David has successfully managed the company’s portfolio of large-scale remediation and vertical structural projects in buildings, with a strength in managing dynamic condo boards and residents.
David’s international experience in countries such as Venezuela and Australia have propelled him to become an asset in adapting to project challenges and providing strategic, creative solutions.
With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike Lopez brings specialized expertise to his role as Project Manager for the company’s hospitality portfolio.
Prior to joining Amicon, Mike served as an Owner’s Representative for the construction of over 150 customized ultra-luxury residential units at the Surf Club Four Seasons. His current responsibilities include construction drawings coordination between the General Contractor and Design Consultants, review and approval of Contractor’s change orders, monthly requisitions of payment and construction schedules.
He brings a collaborative approach and proven track record to successfully complete complex projects with high client satisfaction.
With a focused background in construction management and design, Daniel Cano-Bibas is a pivotal member of the luxury residential team at Amicon Management.
As Project Manager, Daniel drives day-to-day project activities that include onsite inspections, live reporting, vendor coordination and risk mitigation.
Daniel provides pivotal oversight to each phase of the construction process, such as the review of plans, permitting and daily communication with project vendors including all subcontractors.
By utilizing his previous experience at international design build firms, Daniel brings a critical layer of oversight to drive project activity, budget and schedule management.
With a specialization in hospitality, Tara Osborne has served as an Assistant Project Manager in the company’s growing sector since her arrival in 2018.
Julian Garcia brings nearly 30 years of construction experience to his role at Amicon Management.
With a localized expertise in real estate development, Julian oversees day-to-day construction activities across the company’s industry divisions including luxury residential and commercial development.
Julian utilizes his unparalleled knowledge to direct and implement project progress according to schedule, budget and in compliance with building and safety regulations.
Over his career, Julian has managed a project portfolio valued over $110 million in ground-up construction throughout South Florida.
Prior to joining Amicon Management, Julian previously served as Construction Manager at international architect and general contracting firm, Jarosz Architect and Development Corporation.
Alexandra Camejo leads and oversees Amicon’s marketing and public relations initiatives. She is responsible for the development and implementation of communication and branding strategies across the company’s marketing channels. Prior to joining Amicon, Alexandra served as Corporate Development Manager for Florida East Coast Industries managing planning, PR, marketing, event planning and community relations.
