Amicon Management is proud to be managing the much-anticipated redesign of South Florida landmark park, Jungle Island, including the construction of an iconic eco-resort, designed by EoA. The 13-story hotel will feature 300 rooms, landscaped gardens atop the garage and a rooftop bar overlooking Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.

In addition to the hotel, our team is driving the addition of new attractions at the Watson Island eco-adventure park including an indoor trampoline park, an outdoor skydiving wind tunnel — one of few in the United States, an aerial adventure course, a children’s playground with interconnected tree houses and state-of-the-art Crystal Lagoon on behalf of ESJ Capital Partners and Iconic Attractions.
