Amicon recently coordinated the redevelopment of all ground-floor retail at 12000 Biscayne Boulevard for Savitar Development. The upgrade includes a new Starbucks with drive-thru as well as other retail spaces.  The project added value to the building by repurposing the existing, underutilized space.
