Amicon Management is honored to be the owner’s representative for the new home of the Berkowitz Contemporary Foundation’s permanent art collection. Located on the corner of Biscayne Boulevard and 26th Street, the 45,000-square-foot art complex will house two monumental artworks on display: Richard Serra’s A Passage of Time and James Turrell’s Aten Reign.

Designed by Rene Gonzalez Architects, the space will be composed of a three-level building and adjacent courtyard, with the visible 218-foot-long Serra sculpture to encourage pedestrians to explore.  Amicon is working with founder and president Chloe Berkowitz to deliver the space in 2023.
